To maintain confidentiality, we cannot communicate your laboratory results via email; we can only inform you whether or not we have received them so you can make an appointment.
If you wish to know your results without going through a doctor, we invite you to visit the website:

For any request regarding a form to be complete, please note that the doctor has 30 days to complete any form provided. We will contact you as soon as your document is ready. Fees may apply to said document.
For all other requests, we will contact you as soon as possible due to the high volume of requests we receive. Thank you for understanding.
